I love Kayci, She has been doing my hair for years and is the best! She’s so talented and always delivers with the best service. I definitely recommend coming here for a bright atmosphere, great conversations, and receiving the best quality and service!!
While my stylist was nice, I am not happy with my hair. I spent close to $300 to get my hair highlighted and cut. I showed pictures of what I was aiming for and she shot them down instantly. She claimed I had horribly damaged hair (I do not) and my hair would fall off. In all of my years of dying my hair it’s never happened. They rescheduled my appointment two hours before I was going in, and what REALLY bothered me was that they kept misspelling/mispronouncing my name after I had spelled it for them five times. If they can’t even get my name right how can I trust them with my hair??? I wanted to support a local hair salon but I’ll have to take my business elsewhere!
Please beware came in with beautiful long blonde Hair I asked 4 highlights lowlights money pieces. I hope this helps one person Every place I went for consultation They also said they want to cut my hair and that they will not touch the black or dark pieces in the back of my hair which looks like a skunk.
