Absolutely TERRIBLE! My dad lives in the building with neighbors that are out of control, making noise and pounding on walls all hours of the night! He's been there for 3 years and Patty, the manager, has done nothing to help with the problem! He made a complaint almost the very first week he was there and she hasn't done a single thing.
