Loved it... great flavor and great service...highly recommended
Ok, so I stumbled upon or should I say decided on The Savory Grain after driving around Richmond looking to eat for almost an hour. Place was kinda empty but looked inviting. The food was fantastic. I had the beer dip and pita chips to start. Amazingly fresh tasting. Oh, and the baked pita chips are a tasty treat. I sampled a couple of draft beers, og which they have plenty and they are all local brews. Finally I very slowly enjoyed what had to be the best Meatloaf sandwich I have ever had. Brunch was amazing! Everything we ordered was hot, well cooked and tasted like perfection.
What a pleasant and enjoyable experience. My daughter and I stopped in on our way home to the D.C. area for lunch. We opted to sit at the bar where we had the nicest bar tender/server. The food was excellent! (Oooooo ,the fresh pickles divine.... )
