Good day guys, I hope you read this message carefully. I need to tell you about my horrible experience living in this building for the past year. It first started when I contacted them before traveling, the girl talking to me promised me a bigger apartment for the same price and a fix sum for renting furniture (to my surprise the lease was different in rent and furniture renting pay), I even forwarded you the conversation I had with her and i was told me she was mistaken. Also the 8th and 9th floors the ceilings leak as well as all of the windows facing west and north
Also feel safe when u come home to ghetto folks who don't live there in lobby or doing laundry in basement...
Beautiful 1920's hotel converted into apartments. They don't build them like this anymore. Very cool space.
