updated review. can't tell if the place is closed for business these days. last few times I ordered food both the service and food were not as good as my first experience. sadly, the place has gone downhill.

ETA after the reply from the business: that was not exactly the best response, but youre right, no one's service across the country was like that for sure. 😬 I used to love this place! So much so, I was bragging about it to my relatives and took them there when they visited. From the beginning, i was incredibly embarrassed about how highly I spoke about that place. I wish I could leave a better review. I travel for work and the last time I was in Billings Sassy Biscuit was closed so I was super excited it was open. While waiting in line to order food your ceiling was leaking. Finally an employee noticed and placed a bucket. After placing our order it took 25 minutes to get our coffees and mimosa flight and another 10 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Kitchen Sink and it arrived in dishware that had chips all over.
