My wife Sue Corbin age 74 purchased the house at 10614 River Hollow Ct. Charlotte NC. that was listed by Matt Sarver who per our agent Zapata Tate was a friend. Mr. Tate stated that the house was on the market for only 4 days, but after closing we discovered the house had been on the market for 7 months with a previous forclosure and the price being lowered by only by $100.
