Walter did a fantastic job in selling my property. Walter helped me sell a condo I had in the Bronx a few years ago so when I had to sell my two family home I knew I would reach out to him first. It took much longer than I expected but we were finally able to sell the property! Walter did an amazing job in helping us buy our very first apartment. It was a bit of a challenge as we had to see multiple apartments but in the end we were able to buy an apartment! Overall, Walter, was very helpful, and communicative throughout the process. He provided us with information about each apartment and kept us updated until we closed. I would definitely refer him to anyone looking to buy a property in Westchester.

I met with several agents before going with Walter. When I met him, he had mentioned that he sold several condos in my building so he was familiar with it. We agreed on the value and we started getting showings right away. Walter brought in a professional photographer and also did a short video tour of my apartment. We accepted an offer very close to the asking price! I am glad he was able to get my condo sold for me. I would definitely recommend him if you have a home you want to sell in the Bronx.

If you are looking for a trustworthy and hardworking real estate agent to help you sell or buy a property, Walter Sarmiento is that agent! My husband and I interviewed several agents before choosing Walter. He was our best option. He was professional, respectful, consistent and thorough! Although we sold our home in a timely manner, 6 months, we were met with a few bumps. Walter was on top of it.
