If you are looking for a very upscale experience in Tampa, you should go to Sapphire. The decor is incredibly beautiful and entertainment was a big band experience. The drinks were creative and the food was as pretty as it was delicious.
I celebrated my birthday at The Sapphire Room, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was superb. We started with the wedge salad and the bone marrow, both outstanding. The pork chop with mashed potatoes was cooked to the perfect temperature, with flawless flavors. And the carrot cake? The Sapphire Tampa is an upscale classy lounge and supper club . Combination of live music then late night DJ after party . Operating as an upscale steakhouse and seafood bar, the raw bar is an absolute standout—the oysters here are exceptional and easily some of the best I have ever had. The rest of the menu features excellent prime cuts alongside premium tableside cocktail carts. Service was highly attentive and polished, though the premium experience. We will be back again

Rick and Geneva were the most amazing waitstaff we have ever had in our many dining experiences here in Tampa. We personally met two of the owners and they were absolutely incredible. Taro, was absolutely incredible in that he personally took time out of his very busy night to take our picture in multiple places to get the best pictures.
