Incredible store, not to be missed!! Seriously, if you are aiming to leave Montana with a sapphire, Murray’s is the place to go. Skip over the jewelry stores in Whitefish, where the prices are significantly higher. Murray will absolutely give you the best deal and fairest prices around. And, if you’re not looking to drop tons of money on a fancy piece of jewelry, then this store is also perfect for the casual curious tourist and families. Came 3 times in one week, later I found out it was closed by season . So sad about that !!
I bought a $62 silver ring here with a tiny sapphire to remind me of my time in Montana. Within a month of leaving Montana, the “silver” corroded. I sent the ring back to Sapphire Shoppe, realizing my purchase was no deal at all. It was a rip off. No wonder the ring was much less expensive than other jewelers in Whitefish and Bigfork. Beware!
