I moved several times but this one was the most difficult move. The buyer’s agent was very difficult and would not negotiate anything but Sandy keep me updated and very professional and very accommodating. We worked well together and got through this closing inspit of the buyers agent. I recommend her highly you will not be disappointed with her work.
This is an update. If I could double the 5 Stars I gave Sandy, I would. She got us to the finish line with selling my mom's house and gracefully made the process seamless. She was communicative every step of the way and helped us get through some hurdles, like bats in the attic. We moved those tenants out and got the house in tip top shape for the new owners.
