Working with Sandy Morris to sell our family plot of land in Goochland County was an excellent experience. Considering that I live in far west Texas I was so fortunate to have her and her team cover all bases to ensure a quick sale that met all of the family's expectations. She worked tirelessly with me and the title agencies to keep me informed and up to date throughout the process. 5☆ is truly only a reflection of the 10☆ type service that was provided!
Sandy is an exceptional realtor who went above and beyond to help me prepare to sell my home! She was there throughout every step of the process and always kept me informed of an changes or updates. You will not find anyone better to assist you in buying or selling a home!

Balancing both parties is no small feat, but she handled the relationship beautifully, ensuring everything stayed on track and felt transparent. If you want a realtor who is responsive, bal... read more
