Avoid. They will charge you $ 270 for an EKG! They will justify it by saying it is billed from Roch General hospital. Or try to blame it on your insurance.
The staff is rude and totally inconsiderate. I have had an appointment since August, They just called and cancelled it. Now They want me to wait another month in a half. Rochester Regional....get with this staff. Totally Unacceptable customer service!!!
I’ll be telling anyone who asks to avoid this place. Called to make an appt for an initial visit, the lady on the phone was so wonderful and understood we wanted to be seen sooner rather than waiting several months for the Batavia office. Got us an appt for 2 weeks out, great! My husbands appointment was supposed to be tomorrow, we made it at the beginning of June. And since then, I have received a letter once a week in the mail, each one a different date they changed the appointment to. So extremely unprofessional. First a ... read more
