I’ve been trying for a week to get my mother’s prescription refills authorized by her cardiologist. They say the same thing every time. “Waiting on doctor authorization.” My mother had an appointment at the beginning of the month in which doctor wanted her to continue the scripts but still hasn’t authorized the refills even after pharmacy provided emergency supply. Absolutely unacceptable
Over two weeks faxing referrals all i get is they didn’t get it even when I show them sent receipts You should question and hold secretaries accountable for what they tell you, document, and call them out when when what they tell you is inconsistent
