My husband gose here for his heart it took me a while to get into see a doctor for my husband.
Dr Pederzelli was my doctor. Because I had not seen him in 6 years Kristy said that I was no longer his patient. She wou6ask him if he would accept me again and get back to me in the next couple of days. She never called me back.
My doctor is great but some girls at the reception check-in/check-out area have no customer service skills. I arrived for my appointment and was called up to check in and I looked at the girl and said hi and she gave me this unfriendly look and didn’t say hi just stared at me and raised her eyebrows waiting for me to talk. She didn’t greet me and she wasn’t the most pleasant to talk to. Learn to be friendly and greet people.
Confused and dazed. Lack of uniform understanding. Still looking for a reply regarding a prescription.
