Maintenance is very poor. All they do is ride around in their golf carts all day.
I like the community, the team is really kind,they use patient to explain us everything, the place is really quiet,it's the best place to live peacefully.
I Been living at this apartment complex 5 years and never had a problem with the staff nor the manager Ms Autumn she is a very understanding person many times she listens to my problems and I would also vent to her as well The Sands At StLucie became my home home in I love it here .
On my opinion this establishment would be better without Autumn Bolden. She doesn't care about people. She doesn't take the time out to listen. You can't even talk to her. She acts like everyone is beneath her. She has no customer skills whatsoever.
