Booked a tour spoke with someone on the phone to confirm. Received a text message saying the tour has been canceled last minute. Apparently the lady canceled the tour because she was the only one in office ..? ..Just like any other leasing company.. glad I peeped this before renting from them. Lazy. Reviews aren’t good either.
Autumn is absolutely brilliant and an amazing property manager! She is always helpful, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to assist whenever needed. Her communication is excellent, and she always makes sure to keep us informed and updated. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and wants to make sure everything is handled properly. We truly appreciate everything Autumn does and couldn’t ask for a better property manager!
