My family and her two young children live here and once every few months her AC stops working and her house is over 80 degrees. They state they get things done within 24 hours but we have cameras and that is not true. I take her and her kids in to my home each time this happens. Which happens very often. This the most dumbest apartment to move to you can’t back in tow you gotta have visitor pass in day time trash always backed up autum easing rent before you sign your new lease if we stand up as a one we can get the news out here for this is insane she cat this way because she doesnt like blacks she want all blacks out of here

I just gave this apartment a call to inquire about a unit. A male staff picked up the phone and refused to talk after I said, "hello," and attempting to conversate with him. Then I called again, and someone picked up the phone but refuse to talk. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Employee needs to be FIRED!

I moved in while they were doing renovations and all I can say is patience is not for the faint hearted. Thankfully we all endured hardship management, tenants, the contractors working on this project etc and it came out AMAZING.
