The new manager she deliberately enters units when the tenants aren't there.. More than 6 people have told me they will be leaving this summer because of the new manager who thinks we are in the year 1800 and that the tenants are her slaves..
Instead of trying to update their building, they should have updated their current residence! This place has been nothing but a problem apartment since I moved down the street over 12 yrs ago, now under new ownership, all they care about is bodies filling apartments so they make money! They don’t care about the homeowners that live near the building, that have to deal with people that don’t respect others or their property! This is a suburb, not the inner city, we take pride in our homes and town!
Since the new management took over they always treated us badly and when I ask them to get a paper or fix something in the house they treat us badly. We payed to live here and they act mean. When I planned to move they treated my family badly even though we took the unit not renewed and when I wanted to give them the unit they said they want me to clean it even though they will take away the carpet and renew the whole unit. Also when I am moving and ask them for papers they yell and act mean. They take so long to fix things ... read more
I love my totally remodeled huge 2 bdrm apt. Very spacious. The new management is great. Tate is the best.
