Great customer service. I called to switch my appointment and request a different lab for blood work. All requests processed with ease, professionalism, and friendliness.
I usually don’t have an issue with the Bergman Cancer Center, but this visit seemed extremely rushed and it caused severe side effects for me. They used a vein in my hand (against my wishes they claimed they couldn’t find a better vein) and attempted to run the IV extremely fast which was causing pain. I had to ask several times for them to slow it down. This seemed to make them agitated (they appeared to be very nice about it but you can tell when you are asking for too much).
