I have never worked with such a vile, hateful nasty realtor. I was called out for the medical crisis response team after hurricane Ian. That caused a delay in closing. One additional business day was requested to close. The bank assured Sandra the funds were there. She absolutely refused. It was a hard no! Was researching real estate agents for a city sell/county purchase. ReMax always had a great reputation in South City. Then I run across an article that this particular agent was in attendance at Capitol attack. Hard pass. Soooo many other agents, just a pain to research.
