We have a focus on fresh, healthy and a chef-driven menu for food that tastes as good as it's good for you. 100% of our menu items are made from whole foods. That means no preservatives, food dyes, hydrogenated oil, or artificial flavors, ever. We source as much organic as we can and buy local whenever possible.

Best salads I have ever eaten! Fresh, tasty, healthful food with terrific service. A great addition to the local veg scene.
So, 'yeah', the owners are friends of mine, and 'yeah' I am biased toward my friends. That said, the food is really amazing. I have a new favorite place for lunch. Check it out, and you can park behind the building or in old gas station parking lot which is just in front of their restaurant. Peace & Love!
The food is delicious! The Sanctum has inspired me to kick it up a notch in my kitchen too! I'm already looking forward to going back. :)
