In love with Sanctuary Spa. Wow. Just above excellent service. I was very surprised to read the other reviews... I think the Sanctuary Spa is a wonderful place. I was treated very kindly. I was attended to right away. The hair treatment was wonderfully done. The pedicure turned out amazing. And the massage... Just phenominal! I was so stress free leaving that place. Not worth the money!!! Not happy with this spa, they didn't have large enough robes for my husband and all the slippers r three sizes too big. They push buying products that are over priced and they leave you waiting too long in a small waiting area that needs to be dusted and cleaned. When they promised champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for a valentines special we got Hersey kisses and the excuse that they ran out of champagne. Always trying to sell the "newest & gest" products I'm dissapointed with The Sanctuary, mainly because whenever you go in, they push products on you and every time, it's a different product and of course it's the best and you've just got to buy it. And, it's not cheap either. Their services, especially for the location they are in, are very expensive. My hair color, cut and blow dry can easily cost upwards of $300 and believe me, it's not worth it. Especially when they also sit there and gang up on you and tell you that your... read more
