The gym is fine and people are nice. My complaint is regarding my attempt at cancellation and how it was handled. Per the policy, I submitted a cancellation form on 10/2. Thirty days prior to 11/1. I submitted my form via email. I called on 10/30 to confirm it was received and ensure I would not be charged. Was told cancellation would be effective 10/31 and I would not be charged November. This gym is different. If you love God, Country, and the idea of becoming a better version of yourself, this gym is for you. I see people of all walks of life in here—from those who are super fit to those who are just starting their fitness journey. I love it here.

Just started going here and I love it! There are so many machines that even if it is packed you are able to use the machine you want. The staff is great and the people that work out here are very respectful! Love it!
Fantastic gym and even more special community. Friendswood is lucky to have such a facility!
