I have lived in a few apartment complexes in my life, this is absolutely by far the best one, I have been living here for almost a year now and almost every resident I talk to also loves it. There is little turnover in the staff, which I believe means that this is a great place to work and the staff is extremely responsive. Usually when we have an issue it gets fixed the same day. I would highly highly recommend anyone living here, we convinced our friends to move in and they also love it.
My family and I have lived at The Sanctuary for just over a month, and our experience has been exactly as promised during our tour. We did have one minor maintenance issue, and the work order was completed quickly and efficiently. The leasing team has been consistently friendly, professional, and responsive whenever we've had questions. The maintenance staff here always goes above and beyond! First thing this morning Bryce was here to fix our AC. He even brought a treat for our dog!!!
