Wonderful place for families
My daughter lives here and loves it. Nice neighbors, beautiful property, amazing grounds crew and kind office staff.
I bought a condo here in 2023 and the HOA was 320, now after 2 years the HOA fee almost doubled to 540. I would not say that the landscapes are always green or the pool is great but at least I expect a functional AC at the gym. It’s been for more than a year I cannot use the gym as the AC isn’t working. They can’t get some of the HOA budget to fix that AC?
