This place was such an awesome surprise considering the quality of the casino it’s near. Great vibe, most comfortable massage table I’ve ever been on, and Crystal is amazing. Go see her immediately!

Oh My Goddess!! I loved it all!! The vibe, energy & calming atmosphere was perfectly balanced. Kristine & her daughter did an amazing job creating a welcoming and open community! Linda- she gave me the zero balancing massage.. It was glorious & the entire experience was prefect. She helped me ammisly! THANK YOU!! 😍😍

I live in Vermont and was visiting for the week I took a wonderful class with Sarah! Her practice was challenging yet refreshing and grounding. We started off from the ground with an interesting flow that had me fully engaged. I will definitely be coming back next time I visit!

3 yoga classes with three different teachers. All were very good. We have a vacation spot here and these folks will be seeing more of us! This place is a real North Shore gem.

My wife & I got a 90min massage here! I had Travise & she worked wonders! I suffer from some sports related injuries & she took good care of me! Perfect amount of pressure & focused on the right areas! Highly recommended!!! We'll def be back!
