San Diego sports massage If you are an athlete like I am I highly recommend them for sports and recovery massage. The last marathon I ran was my best time and I have to credit to the feeling I had in my legs because they never tensed up, never cramped and felt perfectly in line.
Massage in San Diego I've gotten some pretty unimpressive massages in the past from massage therapy students that just got out of school and a really weren't professionals. This place wasn't like that at all which I loved. All the massage therapists that I've had have been very experienced and actually asked me what I wanted done to make sure they met my goals as far as loosening my attention and rehabilitating my back pain.
Much more than I expected I was very pleased with the quality of work and the knowledge that these San Diego massage therapists possess. They did a wonderful job with my shoulder and I can't thank them enough for improving my quality of life.
