I never leave reviews. However, this experience was very traumatizing. At first, we were excited for the stay and the location of the hotel. At the end of our stay, we were blamed and profiled. Management charged us $1000 without our authorization, stating that we damaged something in the room. (Which we did not. It was there before). They did not try to rectify the situation. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because of this.
They are in the midst of a renovation. The staff is fantastic!

The hotel is very nice, there is ongoing construction on the main floor and in some guest rooms, but our room was nice and clean. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. My only complaints are that the iron in the room didn’t work very well and when we checked in there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the body wash dispenser was nearly empty. We called down to the front desk to request the soaps and someone was at our door with them within 10 minutes.
