I stayed at the Hilton Sam, Tapestry Collection a few weekends ago to celebrate my birthday with a group of (5) five friends, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Right from arrival, valet service was lacking. There was no greeting, no help opening doors, and no assistance unloading luggage, we had to do everything ourselves despite paying $56/per night valet fees. I have nothing but the best things to say about this hotel. The rooms are beautiful & comfy, the location is so walkable, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is what truly takes the cake. My company had the privilege of working with Jeremy at the front desk a ton for our work retreat in Houston, and he was the most accommodating, kind, wonderful human being ever who consistently went above and beyond to make our trip easy and memorable. We were so thankful for him (and the rest of the Sam team too!)

Room was amazing. Front desk staff extremely friendly. One of the better hotel beds we’ve had in a bit. Valet parking staff was also very accommodating and went out of his way to assist.
