I am an advocate for the unsheltered. I have learned that it is their policy to put women out with their children with only a few hours to find shelter. While I understand needing to ask guests to leave if they are violent towards staff or other guests, it is disturbing that women and their kids can be put out for disagreeing with staff. Maybe some de escalation training is needed.
Not clean at all, no help, WiFi, you do get 3 free meals and a snack at night.
Treated me well, fed me, clothed me, sheltered me, and helped me get back on my own two feet. I will forever be grateful.
It's a peaceful clean atmosphere and the people who work here have a huge heart
