Nice place nice people
I waited all day for salvation army to come and pick up 2 mattresses. I cancelled other appointments. They gave me a window of 8am to 4pm and by 3:30pm I called to see where they were and they said the order was complete. They came around 2pm, rang doorbell. I was on couch in my front all day waiting for them. Both myself and neighbor did not see them. They lied! I live 0.7 miles from facility. So I threw mattress out for big garbage day. Mattresses are still in plastic. I will never donate to this facility again.
