I have been to the Salty wave multiple times over the summer, excellent seafood. I have not purchased seafood anywhere else since I’ve tasted their seafood! They are definitely worth the hour drive😄
My friend & I stopped for dinner last night before an event at the fairgrounds. First time diners. It was delicious! Great food & great prices! We will go back for sure! The staff was very friendly & helpful too! 👍
When you place an order you expect to have it waiting for you, we have had our order given to someone else twice so we have to wait for them to make it again. Don't think i will be visiting again, there are other seafood places in the area.
You really need to train your staff on customer service. I called YESTERDAY to place an order for a bushel of #1 male crabs... $169. I called this morning at 11:15 and with no answer and then again 4 MORE TIMES. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes then hung up on. Called back same deal. FINALLY someone answered the phone and ASSURED me my #1 crabs would be done BY 2:30. My dad goes to pick them up at 2:35 and they SOLD THEM. Never buying crabs here again. Get it together, Felicia.
Ordered 1 1/2 dozen extra large crabs and only received 15. Guess the kitchen doesn’t know how to count. Calling tomorrow to see how they respond.
