RecommendedI've been doing the floats for several months and it's GREAT! After my massage I can tell I'm not near as sore. Totally relaxes me! I love them!

Had an incredible float at Bala! This place is beautiful. So well done. Owner is extremely kind and explained everything in detail. The rooms were super clean. I was so relaxed in the float and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for opening this place! My new favorite spot in Lancaster! Worth the drive and highly recommend!
The style of therapy (float therapy) was not really for me but the place itself is great. Very beautiful, very clean and the owners were so sweet.
It was very relaxing only wish the water was a little bit more warmer otherwise the staff is great very clean I just D stress myself
