I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star rating they are so bullshit very unprofessional. Lindsey is very rude and should not own her own company! My friend and her mom had made an appt and was not told of the cancellation policy. When we called and asked to cancel our appts she said we had to charge 50% for me and my mom both that we were not aware of. We asked for a refund and they are refusing to give us the refund. I was going to be nice, but I see that we were charged a no-show fee due to Elizabeth's lack of listening skills. I was willing to let the unmatched tones, burning bleach & waterboarding during washes slide because I understand people are new, but after today I see there's zero respect for customers on her end and I won't be back.
