Purchased a consultation which was 30 minutes. Was there 5 minutes and I basically had to tell her what I wanted with little consult. Booked the appointment and had an emergency come up so given the option to reschedule. The app prompted me to call the number on the site. I called the number and left a message. No one called back and received a text from the business I would be charged a “no call” fee, which was more than the quoted price for my hair service.
