Been there several times, love the serene salt room! Will be back on my next visit to Asheville!!
I went in thinking, "bliss, relaxation, rest". I was right and it was so much more. I had Halotherapy first, salt bed followed by a massage. Two days later I could breathe so much better not to mention the best massage ever!! I will be back!!
I really enjoyed myself in the salts caves. Currently checking in my area for one to continue the experience of the salt caves. Plan on introducing this experience with my family.
