I am in LOVE with The Salt Oasis and everything it offers! I have been going to their Infrared Sauna, 6 days a week and I am beyond thrilled with the many benefits. Before, my weight-loss was stalled for a couple of weeks, but after one week of the sauna my weight loss has revved up again. My skin is clearer, I sleep better at night and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The light therapy and salt room are also wonderful! The facility is immaculate, well appointed as well as peaceful. I have experienced the Salt room, the Infrared Sauna and Infrared Light. The Salt room is very relaxing. The sauna is hot but beneficial to your overall health. If you have any issues the Infrared Light is relaxing but also if used on a regular basis will improve your overall health. Highly recommend!

This is one of the most relaxing places I have ever been to! The minute you walk through the door, you can feel the negative energy leave your body. The salt room and infrared lights are my absolute favorite. If you haven't been there, you are definitely missing out on a one of a kind experience!
