RecommendedHappy ghe Salt Nest opened close to home. Salt treatments are therapeutic & so relaxing. If I had a stressful job, I think I'd visit every week. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back.
I purchased a Groupon for the Plantation location and it was worth every penny! Natalie greeted us very nicely when we entered, gave us a tour, and made us feel comfortable. We did a 45 minutes session and loved that we had headphones w relaxing music and blankets. We left feeling relaxed and recharged. I highly recommend this place!
I have gone twice and both times were fantastic. I went the first time with my 5-yr old son in the kids room and today I tried the adult room which was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The place is super clean and the team and owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! I highly recommend!
I just returned from a trip with allergies and chest congestion and I just finished my first session at the salt nest . The experience was great , extremely relaxing and could feel some Relief in my chest already . I look Forward to my next session .
Love love love! The owner and her husband were SO nice ! They made us feel comfortable and educated us on salt therapy and all it’s benefits! I was so happy they had a children’s room. My son is 6 months old and teething so he is very stuffy so it helped him a little. We will definitely be back!
I have been taking my son to do salt therapy for some time now and I'm absolutely blown away with the saltnest. I have never felt the salt the way that I felt here. My son and I came in very congested and by the time we got out we were breathing so much better. this is the best salt therapy place I have ever been to by far. I highly recommend it.

I accompanied my Mother for her first time since she was complaining about difficulty breathing. After the 45 minute session I myself felt so relaxed and so full of energy. My mother could not stop raving about how much better she felt. Will be recommending this to everyone and plan on making a visit weekly.
I had been experiencing on going congestion so I decided to give salt therapy a try. Within minutes of sitting in the salt room I could feel the benefits. My mind and body felt relaxed, and I could feel my sinuses clearing up even after the session was over. On top of that, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and ran a professional and clean establishment. Highly recommend The Salt Nest!
