I’ve been to the Salt Lounge several times and noticed the benefits immediately. I love how relaxed I felt, and how much better I was able to breathe, after my sessions. The guided meditations were relaxing and the zero gravity chairs were super comfortable. The Salt Lounge is a great addition to our area!

This was the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time! My friend and I did a 45 min private session and I could feel my chest congestion getting better with every breath! I will definitely be returning, maybe next time for a massage too!
Went today with a friend to celebrate her career achievement. It was wonderful. Self centering, relaxing, yet invigorating. An experience I would recommend for women celebrating women or even celebrate personal wellness. Rachel has a wonderful line of salt products also available. Online reservation was easy and fast �
Had my first experience today .. was a great relaxing 45 minutes.. my allergies are awful and within 5-10 minutes I was breathing clearly ... 4 hours later still clear!! I would recommend, and I even purchased a few more sessions for myself .. the attention to detail and the positivity as soon as you walk in was refreshing.. so bright and welcoming.. love to support local businesses and homegrown people . ..
