I was there yesterday with my daughter and we were in the private room. It was very calm, clean and serene. I’m coming back again (my daughter’s birthday gift to me). I loved it and actually fell asleep. 😌♥️

Decided to book a session because: 1) I had a nasty cold that had my nose clogged up for over 3 days now! 2) I needed some time and space to think and reflect about life and work. Best decision I made today.. The Salt Lounge has a very relaxing atmosphere and after a 45 minute session in the salt room I can finally breathe with ease for the first time in days. Rachel has done an awesome job at creating a space that induces relaxation and healing. Highly recommend. 10/10 all around.
The Salt Lounge is perfect for littles! My 5 year old daughter and I have booked our own session and attended Salty Story time. Both times we were greeted by the owner, who helped us get settled in the room. My daughter loves sifting and touching the salt and we were able to stay for the full hour with no problem. Story time was awesome! Some cute stories, movements, and songs all in the salt room!
Experienced the Salt Lounge over the weekend and it was purely amazing! Loved every second, I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. The staff was very helpful and informative. Can’t wait to go back for a massage!
Very relaxing experience. Rachael and the reflexologist were really sweet and helpful. There was a noticeable difference in my sinus and allergy symptoms just after this one visit.
