This establishment has a long-standing pattern of highly concerning behavior from management. In my opinion, the current owner demonstrates volatile, aggressive, and unstable conduct that raises legitimate safety concerns for patrons and the broader community. Rebranding from "Hair Mill" will not resolve the underlying management issues. Until there is a complete change in ownership and operational standards, this business remains a serious liability to public well-being. I strongly advise exercising extreme caution.

I have eczema and have been looking for a salon to color my hair. Called and the owner answered the phone. I explained my situation and she said she would have to talk with her stylists and call me back. Problem is, she hung up without taking my name and number. Not a good way to do business!!
