I visited this location for a Bridal updo. I arrived early for the appointment, showed the hair "designer" (Alisse) a picture of a half up/half down, curled on the ends style, but she never styled my hair! She put my hair in curlers, placed me under the dryer and 70 min later I was left wondering what is going on? She never checked on me or my hair. 70 min later! I got up to see where she went.
