I went through 2 stylists when I moved here who couldn't get my color right. The third left, without notice, the week before my daughter's wedding! Jennifer stepped in, got my color perfect and saved the day. That was over a year ago and I'm still very happy.

I originally went in trying to find someone who could help get my hair in a healthier state. I spoke to Shay and made an appointment for medium box braids. When I showed up for my appointment, she did not have the color that I told her I wanted. It was some funky hombre 1B and a dirty yellowish silver color.
