No. Just no. I had an appointment, confirmed, received a confirmation text, showed up to the salon and it was locked and empty. The stylist never showed. Tried calling the front desk numerous times with no response. Received a call back TWO HOURS later and was told the stylist got back from a trip to Mexico and forgot to rebook me.
Love the location and my hairdresser Amber she is great used to work in Greenville NC and now made the drive to New Bern.
This was my second time coming to this salon and I’ll keep coming back. I arrived to my appointment; was greeted and offered a bottle of water. It felt so cozy and all of the ladies were so nice. Amber took her time, ensured my hair was cut evenly and made sure I liked my hair. I was so impressed that I booked her to style my hair for my engagement pictures. Amber did a great job!
