Did colour and cut, first and last time going. Had level 7 blonde (brassy) with over an inch of roots of regrowth (level 6). Wanted to go a little darker with it nonlonger being summer. Was told Milkshake hair colour product was used (level 8) all over my head roots and midlength (also not gray/white coverage) which should have been seen when did consultation.
