Don’t go to this place. Trust me, I went there and I have a lot to say here about how negative my experience was. I waited over a month to post this because I wanted to see if my feelings changed. They didn't. If anything, I feel worse about it. I booked the "All In" package (nails, massage, facial) for my birthday. I got blonde highlights from Brie about a year ago and she did such an amazing job! I unfortunately moved away and i haven’t found anyone that does highlights as well as her, especially blending. If I ever visit the Phoenix area in the future, I would definitely go to her again.
Almost $200 for Gel nails that all fell off within a week. Very disappointing.
Had a lovely experience here on 2 separate days! Rachel at the front desk was so kind, joyful and caring. I called and she helped rearrange my booking so my mom could join at the same time. I did the 80min massage with Danielle and it was amazing. She used a “sweet & sour” approach to get after the trouble spots but still smooth and relax all the muscles.
