I had such a wonderful experience with Kim! She really listened to what I was hoping to achieve with my hair, and has the expertise to make it happen! I walked in looking frumpy, and left feeling pretty darn cute!
I usually dread getting my hair done. I hate the small talk and the struggle of explaining what I want. However, after 3 years without a cut, I found Kim. Despite my 'word salad' explanation, she immediately understood my vision and created a clear plan. She was warm and conversational, making the two hours fly by. She did an amazing job! She knew exactly what I wanted and my hair looked amazing! I will be for sure coming back and also bring my teenager daughter to her.
