Sandra L has been amazing since I’ve been coming in over the last year and a half. Very patient, knowledgeable and honest. I’ve tried a some new hairstyles and products and she’s always given honest feedback and advice during consultations so I feel comfortable prior to coming in. When I had a question/concern the manager got back to me quickly with some solutions.
Had my hair consult with Sandra along with a deep conditioning treatment and it was such a nice, educational and relaxing experience! My hair (days later) still feels soft and is easily detangled. She told me that she has ways to help with styling naturally wavy hair and can teach me at one of our upcoming appointments - which I’m so excited about, I haven’t met a wavy hair specialist before but with my years of continuous heat usage, I could use the knowledge and tips! I haven't had a Haircut in months due to a stroke I was nervous about going to a new place because I'm struggling with speaking . She immediately made me feel comfortable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it perfectly. I love it and needed that so much . Thank you Bria I will be back for color next time Bria was wonderful
1st time using Bombshell. Cut with Bria. Salon is cute. Bria did a great job on my very thick & curly hair. Cost is very reasonable. I've been spending twice as much at a high scale salon in Libertyville and thought Bria did even better cut, so definitely making switch to Bombshell!
I got my hair cut by Bria and she is amazing!! It's the best cut I have probably ever gotten. Both my teens also get their hair cut by her and she listens and brings their vision perfectly to them, while taking in consideration their hair type and how they, and myself manage out hair outside the salon. Recommend her whole heartedly to everyone that is looking for someone truly amazing!
