Pam is kind and thoughtful. The color treatment I got was superb. Highlights and lowlights that look completely natural. After careful consideration, she cut my hair perfectly to complement my face. The downtown location and combination of salon/gallery round out a truly unique and wonderful experience. I highly recommend this salon!

Booked a cut and a partial highlight. The cut I received was not what I wanted or described AT ALL, (I asked for a long bob, and got a blunt cut) and the highlights didn’t even take. I was super bummed about that… i REALLY wanted blonde highlights! The stylist yanked my head around like a chiropractor and when I asked her for my glasses so I could I see her while she was talking to me, she said “you don’t need to see me to hear me, do you”?
