Very unprofessional. She canceled on me 3 times because she said she was grieving over the loss of her dog… then finally on the day of my appt. I was late by 5 mins and when I texted her to let her know she said she had already left- and didn't even bother to call and let me.. I tried calling her when I was at her studio and she kept rejecting my calls and taking them straight to voicemail. Didn’t even try talking to me. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I came to Kasey about a week ago and I really wanted some beautiful cherry cola highlights through my hair. I was blown away by her understanding of what I wanted, and she reassured me that the integrity of my hair would stay intact even though we had to lighten it a little bit. I highly recommend Kasey and these highlights of cherry cola are Delicious!!!!!
