I had a friend of mine make a haircut appointment for me and I went into the building not realizing there are two salons in the building. I went into the first salon I saw and told the lady I had an appointment. She said yes and sat me down (deliberately poaching me from my actual appointment in the other salon). She was nice enough but I told her what I wanted and she proceeded to take off way more hair than I had just explained. Appts are postponed last minute and this time, after being rescheduled, patty was a no show
I had a wedding day emergency with my nails and Patty was able to make time in her busy schedule to help me. Thank you sooo much!!
