I had a friend of mine make a haircut appointment for me and I went into the building not realizing there are two salons in the building. I went into the first salon I saw and told the lady I had an appointment. She said yes and sat me down (deliberately poaching me from my actual appointment in the other salon). Appts are postponed last minute and this time, after being rescheduled, patty was a no show
