A bunch of crooks!! Do not subscribed to this paper! Canceled subscription of 20 year of being a customer due to husband passing in October, and still waiting on $236.00 + $54.00 for Hays daily. They have given me runaround since October 28th! Still waiting on refund and they keep passing me around from person to person, and original said two weeks to process refund, it’s definitely passed the two week processing time!! Plus, I’m fighting cancer and need my money!!
Agreed to try the paper for 17.00 plus tax for 2 months as a trial. The charged my credit card on Nov22, then again on Dec 3. I emailed Linda Crock and she said the would give me back my 1 payment and I could have it for 2 months. Now they took out another payment of 18.27 this week. This paper has gone down hill so bad. No NCK news its state news and hardly any Salina news at all
This paper has gone down so bad. Delivery is terrible. You can’t get through to customer service to even report not getting a paper.
