Absolutely horrible experience. The vegetables were NOT fresh, there were flies all around the food area, and the lettuce did not look clean or properly handled. The customer service was terrible, especially the big lady who was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. I asked for my salad to be chopped, and nobody wanted to do it. To make matters worse, the drink station had a molded/musty taste to it. That is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to food and drinks being served to customers. The manager in there was super nice she let me try the New Limited time Koren BBQ chicken,and after I said it was good,she let me take a small portion home. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!
The guy that helped me today was so nice he greated me when I walked in .gave me a recommendation on a soup he was so nice but I didn't catch his name . I tipped him hope they don't share tips. So today they get 5 stars from me
Love the choices and flavors! Always Fresh and customer service is A-1! I go once a week or more
