Nathan, I just read an article about you guys in Palate. Way to go! What you all are doing there sounds phenomenal! I still remember when we worked in Yellowstone! Cheers mate.
I really enjoy eating here! The food is usually good and the drinks too. The staff is friendly and usually on their game. I do wish the dishes were consistently prepared the same way. What you get one night isn't always the same the next. ;) I'd still recommend it though!
