Valet Reginald is always amazing. He takes such good care of us and our car and our luggage. He is so kind and helpful every visit. If you ever visit ask for him and he will take such good care of you !!!
Don’t use the Valet!!!!! Someone went through all my stuff and broke my center console and took at least $250. They took 30 minutes to bring my car both times and showed no concern for my missing and damaged items. So either they left my car unlocked or took my items internally. The valet blamed me for not having cameras in my car. I’ve been ignored by the hotel and valet on any follow up reports or solutions.
Great stay. Clean rooms and the staff are very courteous. The supervisor Niya is very helpful and responsive. We had no issues but she was right on the spot to make sure everything was okay and that my husband and I enjoyed his birthday weekend. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. It has some great accommodations and the food and drinks are very nice.
What a great place!. Staff was fantastic with shout out to Nyla who was especially helpful.
