I have to write an honest review about this hotel. I am in the industry and I found this hotel to be very disappointing. We had a suite on the 2nd floor and the windows were so compromised that we couldn't even open the blinds. Housekeeping was marginal at best. They made the bed but didn't refresh the glassware or otherwise straighten the room. In my opinion this hotel doesn't warrant an autograph moniker and maybe not even a Marriott brand. LOVED THE HOTEL! Loved the energy of the place. Loved the location! Loved all of the staff! Loved the bar! The atmosphere! EVERYTHING! When I visit New Orleans again, I will be coming back to stay here! 10/10! All of the staff was excellent from the security, to check in, to valet, to maintenance and the bar!
